Kentucky Historical Society Museum Theatre Program
The Kentucky Historical Society Museum Theatre program offers several short plays relating to the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial. These plays, originally designed to be presented in the museum galleries of the Thomas D. Clark Center for Kentucky History, are performed by professional actors dressed in historically-accurate costuming. Each production presents historically-accurate content in an engaging and entertaining format. The Kentucky Historical Society offers these productions to museums and libraries for special events or programming related to the productions. A maximum of four productions can be performed in any given day. Locations are encouraged to promote the productions to local schools or organizations by inviting these groups to see the production. Availability is limited so preference will be given to locations or events that relate closely to the content of the play. For more information or to book a performance, please contact Greg Hardison at (502) 564-1792 ext.4454.
